5 Egg
4 tablespoon(s) Garlic
2 tablespoon(s) Shallot
3 Bay Leaf
2 piece(s) Galangga
3 tablespoon(s) Oil
3 piece(s) Candlenut
4 piece(s) Red Chilli
1 small Tomato
2 dash(es) Pepper
1 teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) Sugar
1 lemongrass
- Boil the eggs before frying it in the pan. Fry it till its golden brown.
- Blend the spices (chilli, galangga, shallot, garlic) in the food processor. After that, put it on medium heat and mix it with with rest of the ingredients.
- Put it the fried boiled egg in the sauce. Then mix it all together.
- Add some water and let it sizzle for a while until the eggs absorb the sauce. And, it's ready to be serve.
